Brain Food

Velvety red Cockscomb flowers resemble a rooster's comb. Its botanical name, ‘Brain Celosia’ is inspired by the petal’s brain-like appearance. Interestingly, Cockscomb flowers are also edible and are used in various cuisines, particularly in West Africa, where they add colour and nutrition to traditional dishes.
